Fairview Partners Investment Management is a seasoned, boutique private credit fund manager that invests in senior secured real estate debt, nationwide. Our focus is distressed credits and special situations.

Since 2011, Fairview has sponsored nine closed-end funds, one evergreen fund optimized for tax-exempt investors and multiple special purpose entities. Our team has invested in over 515 loans and resolved 421 of them thus far, representing more than $1 billion in total transaction volume since inception.* We target investments in opaque markets benefitting from active management and employ credit structures designed to achieve equity level returns with debt levels of risk.

We meticulously curate our debt portfolios, which include loans we've acquired on the secondary market, as well as short-term, high-yield bridge loans we originate to assist borrowers in special situations.
